[PD] 64-bit build (was Re: [PD-announce] Pd-extended 0.42.5 release candidate 1 released!)

OK, cool.  I'm mostly doing it for interest's sake.

Does Gem compile with gmerlin/avdecoder support by default now or do
extra packages (libgavl-dev?) need to be installed for that?
