[PD] [pool] gone?

Hi,

I was trying out the new pd-ext build, and noticed that [pool] isn't  
there. I don't have any other version here to test, should this external  
be part of Pd-ext, or you have to install it yourself? Since memento  
depends on it, I thought that pool would come with Pd-ext.
