[PD] comment

I am on Mac OS X 10.5 and I am able to simply copy and paste (command-c /
command-v):
-from console to comment
-from console to text file
-from comment to text file

command-t does not work for me and produces the following error:
error: .printout.text: no such object

control-t deletes text from the console one character at a time.
