I second that. I used [folder_list] and it seemed to be fine.

I've also used other techniques in the past, such as piping from a shell's 
"ls" command, but using [folder_list] is the last way I've used, and I 
wouldn't use anything else at this point unless I'd have a good reason not 
to. (but I haven't investigated to predict whether I'd have a good reason 
not to in the future)
