[PD] resend: popen vs shell bug

Okay that way its better something wen't wrong with the submission :)
I altered my control/popen with MAXPDSTRING as Mathieu proposed and it did
the trick, although as he mentioned it should block if a cmd is even larger
than that.

p.s.: just tell me if its needed to re-submit to the tracker, I gotta learn
how to use it once and for all!
