[PD] having both vanilla and extended installed in linux (ubuntu)

run "pd" to run pd.
run "pdextended" to run pdextended.

i have a "puredata" package in the queue that will use "puredata" as the
binary to run, and divert to "pd".
pd-extended should do the same then, so the user can chose their flavour
of "pd"
