[PD] pd earthquake notifier

hi everyone,

to make story a short story shorter, i am now living in tokyo / japan. 
this country accounts for about 20 percent of the world's earthquakes of 
magnitude 6 or greater. so i decided to be updated via RSS using pd / 
python / gem. the samples are fetched from freesound (randomly using 
"earthquake" keyword).

of course, it's stupid to think that this application will save me. but 
it was fun to do.
