[PD] more about gridflow

Thank you for testing that... but I just ran a quick test of GF 9.10
with Pd-extended 0.40.3 and everything works for me (OSX 10.5.8,
intel)

However, 0.40.3 is a bit old... I would recommend updating to a newer
version of Pd-extended, if that's possible. I don't plan on testing on
anything below 0.41.4 for the next OSX packages that I'll do...
