[PD] Pd-extended 0.42.5 on apt.puredata.info

Okay, just upgraded on Ubuntu 9.10, via synaptic. All seems fine, tested a
couple of my patches.

Nice work!

p.s.: the toggle console was a new feature hans? I don't remember to see
that there :)
