[PD] 0.42.5 problem with regsitry editing to import pd libraries

[Jeffrey Concepcion]

I upgraded to 0.42.5 and when i doubleclick the C:\Program
Files\pd\pd-settings.reg I get a message that reads "registry editing has
been disabled by your administrator". What should I do?
