[PD] pd-extended source

  I did a succesful build of pd-extended-rc6 on Ubuntu Maverick amd64.
Pidip did not compile, so I left it out . Still working on the build.

I believe I got the source by doing the auto-build process:
rsync -av --delete rsync://128.238.56.50/distros/pd-extended/ pd-extended/
./pd-extended/scripts/auto-build/pd-extended-auto-builder.sh

I tried building from this source as well, once it was released:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pure-data/Pd-0.42.5-extended.tar.gz

Build failed already at bonk~.
Is pd (not pd-extended) not updated in this source?
What is different about this source?
