[PD] pd-extended-0.42.5: problems with gridflow + gem & pdp

You built GridFlow 9.11 without libv4l support. You need to redo

   ./configure && make

after you have installed libv4l-dev.

I will need error messages that appear when loading GridFlow, if any. For 
example, something about symbol not found, file not found, or whatever 
else.
