[PD] pdgst on mac

  ok cool.
hacking the makefile in pdgst/src replacing "-shared" by "-bundle 
-undefined dynamic_lookup" allow the code to compile without errors.
Now if i open pdgst-help.pd, here is the log:

it is still missing a lot of objects, is this normal?
