[PD] iemguts and propertybang

Matthieu, thanks for your alternative solution. It's a good thing to be able
to circumvent a problem ( unstable,  unfinished, author, etc.. ).

Patrick , i am going to do some tests and i am motivated to clean the mtl
abstractions of iemguts objects.
