[PD] non-motion blur in GEM?

hi all,

could somebody point me in the way or help me achieve blur on a pix
(possibly something like gaussian) in GEM?

i've seen pdp_blur is actually pdp_bq - biquad filter, but i'm
mathematicaly not savy enough to be able to translate or make my own
formula for pix_bq ?
