[PD] noob asking : is there a way to script pd?

there are some Python modules that work with Pd.

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/purity -----Purity AFAIK its a dynamic patching
module

http://puredata.info/Members/thomas/py   ----python integration with
Puredata. check them out, maybe its what you need.
