[PD] call for help: web update of pd-extended

hi,

i was proposing this solution, but maybe there are better option. but if 
we use wxwebupdate (wxwidgets application c++) we need to compile it for 
all pd-extended platform (debian, ubuntu, mac intel / powerpc). if we 
don't need to modify this application, the windows version is working 
(at least on xp).
