[PD] pd-kinect-skeleton

There aren't any good isntructions, but most of it is setting up
OSCeleton. Here's the basics:
- set up OSCeleton https://github.com/Sensebloom/OSCeleton
- run OSCeleton
- open the pd-kinect-skeleton patches
