[PD] MIDI triggered samples

Wouldn't be possible to mix the best of "both worlds" (tabread4~ and 
sfread~) by pre-loading the first (milli-)seconds of each sound in 
memory, then switch to streaming (as this is done with the new Korg 
KRONOS) ?
