[PD] unpackOsc can't load

Hi,

I've just solved the problem with the help of dmotd in the #dataflow chat.

Two things to remember about this subject:
- the pd preferences for pd-extended are stored at org.puredata.pdextended
- you have to add the mrpeach library to the loadlib and not just the 
unpackOSC
