[PD] [PD-announce] PdDroidParty update

Hello,

The easiest way to run Pd patches on your Android devices just got a bit
easier:

 * Basic numberbox support (tap a numberbox to edit the value).
 * Comments are now rendered.
 * Labels on Sliders, Toggles, and Numberboxes.
 * Instructions for formatting your patch GUI for PdDroidParty.
