[PD] Pd-extended 0.43 updates: lots of new editing features

wow, sad to read no 64-bit builds of gem on os x yet... think i will
still use 0.42.5 with no problems for me :)

the debug windows only show erros about gem, nothing about the auto
hidden pd window...

when i open pd, the main window appears for half second, then dissapears...

when i press Cmd+R, nothing happens, i have to click under "Window"
then "Pd Window"... strange :)

Aaaalso, i attach a screenshot of pd... The window with "About Pd" and
"Preferences" should not appear at the first tab? where actually
appears Pd-0.43.1-extended-xxxxx
