[PD] testtone comments

Hi, just a small remark,
In testtone.pd it says:
" To see Pd's DOCUMENTATION, select
"getting started" in the Help menu. "
It may have been there in the past,
but now there is no such thing as "getting started" in the Help menu.
At least not in my installation of 0.42.5-extended...
