[PD] use VST-Instruments in a PD patch?

Hi all,
a short note: vst~ doesn't actually have to be Windows only - it's  
just a matter of someone stepping in to contribute the code for MacOS.  
I don't have time to do that, but it would be a worthwhile effort.
