[PD] mousewheel + windows

hello,

I need to get the mousewheel data on windows (xp/vista/7)
apparently the [hid] object doesn't work there

I tried too [hidin] whithout success :
hidin: -- could not get device #1: Access is denied.
hidin: -- can not read from mouse and keyboard


any clue ?
