[PD] [PdCon11participants] RAW Footage access UPDATE

If it works from windows or a mac then it could be a DAV/auth feature that
Ubuntu doesn't get right or default Ubuntu settings that limit some
possibilities. Most likely solution is to tweak settings on the server (as
you cannot rely on people reconfiguring their Ubuntu). If it works from
nowhere, the server (or the network around it) is misconfigured. Most likely
solution is: to tweak settings on the server. (Or, eventually, try another
one.)
