That means they have a staff of people with various specialties and can pass 
your email along to the person(s) that can best answer your question, as opposed 
to one unpaid guy who is probably insanely busy with touring the world giving 
lectures about free software.

The last I heard Stallman was using a Lemote Yeeloong which is supposedly the 
first laptop to run using only free software.  However, it's more like a netbook in 
that it has rather limited cpu resources and is short on memory, hence my joke.
