[PD] error compiling plugins on Windows 7 64-bit WAS: GEM 0.93.1 crashing on Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,

When I try to compile imageJPEG and imageQT using the MINGW compiler I get
an error: undefined reference to 'WinMain at 16'.

Am I missing something?
