[PD] Interruption of audio / Loading sound into array

[soundfiler] will always interrupt the audio stream.
What I have done before was to stream the soundfile into a table with
[readsf~]. You can upsample the subpatch with [block~] or [switch~] so it
reads faster than realtime.
