[PD] [import] behaviour when library-meta.pd is missing

I imagine this is a wanted behaviour, but would like to confirm.

when using [import] to load a library which does not include the *-meta.pd
file, such lib fails to be loaded.
Ubuntu Lucid, Ubuntu Studio and Mac OSX 10.6, 10.7, with Pd-ext 0.42.5.

This happens for instance with Soundhack for Pure Data.
If this is wanted, perhaps it could be handy and easy to include
the *-meta.pd...

Will, what do you think?

I'm [import]ing a couple of those externals within the Xth Sense framework,
but when students download the Soudhack externals, they have to manually
add the meta file.
