Breaking the realtime constraints also means that the app can have 
different behaviours such as skipping frames. So it won't be processing 
the same thing. In GridFlow/Linux, the normal behaviour is to never skip 
frames, doing everything in slow motion, so if everything relies on the 
logical clock, much everything will be the same, but in Gem, I think 
there's a lot of frameskipping using the realtime clock (?).
