[PD] Windows nightly builds are back

The nightly builds are a great help indeed.

Your commit will make Pd-double compile, but doesn't fix the problem
of incompatible pointer casts. Anyway I'll work on that, once the
builds will succeed. From today's build log it seems there's a problem
with packaging.
