[PD] 0.43 preferences & flatspace

Those libs are added to the global path when the libdirs are loaded globally.  Its from an old hack.  Libraries should really be loaded local to each path, then that would make those all go away.  That's a bigger project that I plan on working on, but I haven't had the time yet.
