[PD] [0.43.1-extended] where is "Startup..." menu?

Dear all,

I downloaded 0.43.1-extended for ubuntu 11.04 from:
http://autobuild.puredata.info/auto-build/latest/

In this version I can't find "Startup..." in file menu. Where is it?

How can I load lib?
