Hey Miller,

Just did a quick test of the subpatch crasher bug.  On Mac OS X 10.6.8/Intel 64-bit and 32-bit, using the HEAD of master of pure-data.git, this no longer crashes Pd, but instead I get this Tcl dump in the Pd window:

(Tcl) INVALID COMMAND NAME: invalid command name ".x420f20.c"
while executing
".x420f20.c delete l450c50"
("uplevel" body line 35)
invoked from within
"uplevel #0 $cmd_from_pd"

And the window does not close, but everything is cleared from the screen
except the text "pd pokesdown2". There are not even any object box
outlines.
