[PD] French Traduction

Hello,

I finished the french translation ; it's not 100% literally : i tried
to make as short as english on screen and easy to understand ; it
looks good on my macbook ; there's one or two strings i'm not sure at
all as "Defeat real-time scheduler" and "Use Callbacks" ... I changed
strings from previous contributors (like Cyrille Henry) to get
something homogeneous ; it's should be great to talk about it to
define the ultimate french version ;-)
