[PD] help compiling pd-extended

I tried removing that, and got the same error. I kept on removing
things till I had only
LIB_TARGETS = hid
(I commented out the long original line and all the following if/else
logic for os-specific additions to LIB_TARGETS) and I still get the
exact same error...
