Because Miller is the measure of all things, let's use the speed of 
Miller's rotation around the Earth when Miller is resting in its ground 
state, which is roughly 40075017 metres * cos(32.7⁰) / 86400 s/day = 
390.318 metres per second.

Or 0.390318 metre per ms.
