ah ok, you tried it without kinect?

i just found a bug if there is no kinect available and you want to use 
handtracking it crashed.
but i fixed that. so at least in osx there is no problem now to use 
pix_openni without a kinect connected.
but anyway it doesn't make a lot of sense ;-)
