[PD] pd + midi drumpad

Just route the note numbers using [select] to bang the pin numbers to 
the arduino via [comport]:


[notein]
|
[select 1 2 3 4 5...] -- the midi note numbers
|    |    |    |
[2(  [3(              -- the arduino pin numbers
|
[comport]

Then in arduino you listen for incoming pin numbers with 
Serial.available(), Serial.read().
