[PD] Pd 0.43 gop, no Apply button

here, on Pd-0.43.1, gop has an apply button.

maybe you are talking about pd-extended?
(there was a bug/feature in the pdx-0.43 prereleases, where the iemgui 
properties would miss the apply button as well; are those fixed now?)
