[PD] two new strings in Pd-extended to translate

As of tomorrow's build, there are two new strings to translate in the Preferences:

- "Real-time scheduling" (originally was "Defeat real-time scheduling")

- "Reset to Defaults"

Update them in Transifex if you want them translated in your localization:
