[PD] ubuntu 12.04 precise pangolin pd-extended 0.43.1 amd64 deb package for download - link included

Hopefully.  0.43 is looking good on GNU/Linux, but there are some
serious bugs in Gem on Mac OS X that are well out of my knowledge to fix...
