[PD] Current PMPD binaries for Win and Mac?

hello,

oups, yes, sorry. since i don't want to be involved in this maintaining stuff, i did forget about it.

It look like pmpd is "unsupported but included lib".

did anyone want to be involve maintaining pmpd for pdX, in order to include last version?
