[PD] Accelerometer Data to Midi

Hey,

I'm a first time user to PD. I'm trying to build an audio tool to aid running using RJDJ for my thesis. 

I can get the accelerometer  to change sounds when the direction of the phone changes but what I want to do is assign a different midi note to the x y and z axis so it will be easy to differentiate them.
Has anyone ever done this or could they help me in the right please?! It would be much appreciated
