[PD] Compiling External for Linux

I'll update the docs, this just means you don't have debhelper installed:

dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: debhelper (>= 7.0.50~)
dpkg-buildpackage: warning: Build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied;
aborting.


So 'sudo apt-get install debhelper'
