[PD] mrpeach/binfile under Ubuntu 12.04

Thanks Antoine but that didn't make it.
finally I copied the externals/template makefile inside the binfile 
folder, replaced a few strings and that make it.
can't understand why the mrpeach/makefile is broken though.
