[PD] No pitch bend objects working

[Andy Friend]

I need to map  to the pitch bend wheel directly - so that it is manipulated
in the external standalone VST, Kontakt.

There doesn't seem to be an available CC for the pitchbend wheel. Thanks,
but yours appears to just be a stepped workaround.
