[PD] Video stream to pd

giss is quite cool i think, but here I try to get some videos/streams INTO pd not out.

VLC plugin to open everything VLC can open would be perfect. I will try to compile it, but for me it seems, like it is not included in the regular GEM 0.93.3 distro?!
