i will play with the network ports a bit more tonight.  i think the same
thing.  there is no reason why i should not be able to dump the the already
formatted arduino data, directly into the object, especially since i have
the uart set to the 57600kbps baudrate that the object prefers. any insight
on how to do that particular task, is appreciated, as yre the responses.
